POSITION OVERVIEW
Chairish Inc. is looking for a Trade Account Executive to manage and nurture a subset of accounts in the Western territory. In this position, you will focus on cultivating relationships with existing Chairish trade shoppers, acting as a main point of contact for all buying needs. It is our goal to create an easy and delightful shopping experience for our Trade Members which subsequently will grow our customer base and revenue. You’ll partner with key members of our sales, merchandising and customer support teams. This role is remote and will report to the Senior Director of Global Trade. Preference for those located in Mountain or Pacific Standard Time, specifically California and Texas.
Responsibilities
Act as a dedicated point of contact to Trade Members to provide an elevated shopping experience
Effectively manage and influence a book of business through proactive and reactive outreach
Nurture relationships to create customer satisfaction while driving revenue and repeat purchases
Educate Trade Members on all of Chairish’s offerings and how to best utilize our platform
Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure a seamless experience throughout the entire sales process
Communicate clearly and set proper expectations both internally and externally
Effectively handle unique projects and purchasing needs
Meet and/or Surpass various KPIs
Your Experience & Skills
Minimum 2 years experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota and other KPIs
Familiarity with CRM systems
Knowledge of home design is a plus
Preference given to candidates with experience supporting an E-Commerce marketplace - including product lines, pricing, delivery times & methods
Understand the competitive landscape to best position Chairish in the market
Ability to multitask and work well in a self-directed, fast-paced environment
Demonstrate ability to influence external decision makers
Proficient with web based platforms and tools such as Google Docs and GMail
Strong time management skills and can effectively multi-tasking without negatively impacting quality
Location in the Mountain or Pacific time zone is a plus
